Project Architect [code pa10]
- Requires 9 years experience in information security. Must have experience with integration of complex systems consisting of software components provided by multiple vendors. Must be considered an expert in the information security field.
- This effort will involve architecting a large security technology deployment project at a large multinational corporation. Immediate tasks will include creating detailed project and implementation plans, project scheduling, resource estimation, and other planning activities. Future tasks are expected to include guiding the project through its implementation lifecycle as well as project and vendor management.
- Work for this effort will primarily performed at Gemini Security Solutions’ Chantilly, VA office, but occasional travel into the northeast will be required for meetings with customers.
Public Key Infrastructure Engineer [code pk10]
- Requires 5 years experience in information security, with at least 3 years experience with public key infrastructure. Must have experience implementing public key infrastructure at a corporate level. Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services and various hardware security modules is preferred.
- This effort will involve the architecture and deployment of a hosted public key infrastructure for a large non-profit organization. Detailed knowledge of standard public key infrastructure policies such as the Federal Bridge CA, SAFE-BioPharma Association, the Kantara Initiative, and CertiPath would be helpful in this effort.
- Work for this effort will primarily performed at Gemini Security Solutions’ Chantilly, VA office.
Computer Hacker [code ch10]
- Our definition of a “hacker” is someone who enjoys exploring the details of programmable systems and how to stretch their capabilities, as opposed to someone who just wants to use software out of the box. For this position, we tend to not list specific skills we are looking for, because we are interested in hiring smart people who enjoy learning new things, working with computers, and are able to share their knowledge with others.
- We’re looking for individuals with any amount of experience, whether you are fresh out of school or been working for 10 years. As a result, the salary offer we make will really depend on your experience. The most important thing is that you are a hacker who can communicate ideas well.
